How Do I Sign Up For The Challenge?
In order to participate, an active FST-7 app subscription is required, along with the separate $49 challenge purchase. New app users will receive a FREE trial to the FST-7 app for the duration of the challenge!

How Do I Access The Transformation Challenge Program?
The Transformation Challenge program will be available in the app closer to the start date of August 11th!
What Is The Challenge Program Like?
The 6-Week Challenge is built around the core principles of FST-7: high effort, focused execution, progressive overload, and some Flex Sets mixed in. You’ll follow a 5-day training split with 2 rest days per week using a 3-on, 1-off, 2-on, 1-off schedule.
All working sets are to be taken to true failure – meaning no reps left in the tank. Warm up before your working sets with 2–3 light sets of 4 – 8 reps, gradually increasing weight without generating fatigue. You’ll progressively overload your lifts over the 6 weeks by adding weight or reps whenever possible.
